លក្ខខណ្ឌតម្រូវ៖
- ការដាក់ឯកសារទស្សនៈទានដើម្បីស្នើសុំគម្រោងនេះ គឺសម្រាប់តែអង្គការសង្គមស៊ីវិលក្នុងស្រុកឬអង្គការសហគមន៍មូលដ្ឋានដែលបានចូលរួមរៀនវគ្គការកៀរគរធនធានកន្លងមកជាមួយអង្គការ គ.ស.ក ប៉ុណ្ណោះ។
- បដិភាគធនធានចំនួន៥០% រវាងម្ចាស់ជំនួយ និងការចូលរួមបដិភាគ៥០%ពីអ្នកអនុវត្តគម្រោងចំពោះគម្រោងដែលបានស្នើសុំនោះ។
- ថវិកាសរុបសម្រាប់គម្រោងនេះមានទឹកប្រាក់ចំនួន៣៥០០ដុល្លារប៉ុណ្ណោះ ឬស្មើនឹងពាក់
កណ្តាល នៃទឹកប្រាក់សរុបដែលគម្រោងបានដាក់ស្នើដែលមិនអាចលើសពី៣៥០០ដុល្លារ។
- មានតែអង្គការចំនួនប្រាំ(៥)ប៉ុណ្ណោះដែលនឹងត្រូវបានជ្រើសរើសសម្រាប់អនុវត្តគម្រោងនេះ។
- រយៈពេលអនុវត្តគម្រោងចាប់ពីខែ ឧសភា ដល់ខែកញ្ញា ២០២៦។
- សម្រាប់ផែនការនៃការកៀរគរធនធាន តម្រូវអោយប្រើប្រាស់បច្ចេកទេសនៃការកៀរគរធនធានក្នុងស្រុកមួយ ឬពីរប្រភេទដោយធ្វើយ៉ាងណារកផលចំណេញយ៉ាងតិច២ដង លើការចំណាយគម្រោងទាំងមូល។
សំគាល់៖ លោក លោកស្រីដែលមានចំណាប់អារម្មណ៍ សូមធ្វើការបំពេញទម្រង់ឯកសារទស្សនៈទានផែនការនៃការកៀរគរធនធាន និងផែនការថវិកា ដែលបានជូនភ្ជាប់ និងសូមផ្ញើត្រឡប់វិញតាមរយៈអ៊ីម៉ែល raingsey.roeung@ccc-cambodia.org អោយបានមុនថ្ងៃទី១០ ខែមេសា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦។
