លក្ខខណ្ឌតម្រូវ៖
- ការដាក់ឯកសារទស្សនៈទានដើម្បីស្នើសុំគម្រោងនេះ គឺសម្រាប់តែអង្គការសង្គមស៊ីវិលក្នុងស្រុកឬអង្គការសហគមន៍មូលដ្ឋានដែលបានចូលរួមរៀនវគ្គការកៀរគរធនធានកន្លងមកជាមួយអង្គការ គ.ស.ក ប៉ុណ្ណោះ។
- បដិភាគធនធានចំនួន៥០% រវាងម្ចាស់ជំនួយ និងការចូលរួមបដិភាគ៥០%ពីអ្នកអនុវត្តគម្រោងចំពោះគម្រោងដែលបានស្នើសុំនោះ។
- ថវិកាសរុបសម្រាប់គម្រោងនេះមានទឹកប្រាក់ចំនួន៣៥០០ដុល្លារប៉ុណ្ណោះ ឬស្មើនឹងពាក់
កណ្តាល នៃទឹកប្រាក់សរុបដែលគម្រោងបានដាក់ស្នើដែលមិនអាចលើសពី៣៥០០ដុល្លារ។
- មានតែអង្គការចំនួនប្រាំ(៥)ប៉ុណ្ណោះដែលនឹងត្រូវបានជ្រើសរើសសម្រាប់អនុវត្តគម្រោងនេះ។
- រយៈពេលអនុវត្តគម្រោងចាប់ពីខែ ឧសភា ដល់ខែកញ្ញា ២០២៦។
- សម្រាប់ផែនការនៃការកៀរគរធនធាន តម្រូវអោយប្រើប្រាស់បច្ចេកទេសនៃការកៀរគរធនធានក្នុងស្រុកមួយ ឬពីរប្រភេទដោយធ្វើយ៉ាងណារកផលចំណេញយ៉ាងតិច២ដង លើការចំណាយគម្រោងទាំងមូល។

5th CCC Members Bi-monthly Meeting 2015
This is the fifth Bi-Monthly CCC Member Meeting of the year and was conducted in 8 December 2015. It is also 240th Member Meeting since 1991. Based on CCC’s Bylaw, the meeting is designed to bring the common concerns on the development challenges and prioritized the issues to be addressed by relevant stakeholders. The representatives of member organizations are invited to participate in the meeting.

More than 300 participants came and discuss on one planary and nine breakout sessions lead to the commom positon on outcome documents. This requested to all stakeholders to strongly participate to ensure the sustainble development for the country.
CCC postponement on serveral large events
CCC has been regularly monitoring the status of the Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19). COVID-19 has been named a global pandemic by the World Health Organization, as cases have been confirmed in many countries around the world including Cambodia.
