Title: CCC Strengthens Digital Rights and Security Awareness Among Civil Society Organizations

On June 11–12, 2025, CCC hosted a two-day training in Kampot province to enhance digital literacy, digital capabilities, and understanding of digital violence and legal frameworks that impact civil society operations.

The training brought together 24 participants (10 women) from 18 NGOs across Kratie, Mondulkiri, Stung Treng, and Ratanakiri provinces. As a result, 55% of participants reported improved understanding of digital rights and security.

Participants explored eight key topics:
• Online Civic Space
• Digital Violations
• Basic Security for Computers and Accounts
• Database Security
• Database Backup
• Internet Security
• Communication Security
• Online Phishing

This activity is part of CCC’s commitment to strengthening CSOs’ digital rights and literacy, implemented under the ReCIPE project with support from the European Union and Oxfam Cambodia.
