The Meeting on Reflection of CBOs’ Good Practices and the Understanding on Legal Framework

On 28 June 2018 (Afternoon), the Cooperation Committee for Cambodia (CCC) organized The Meeting on Reflection of CBOs’ Good Practices and the Understanding on Legal Framework. This meeting was attended by 50 participants from NGOs and CBOs Kandal, Kampot, Kep, Sihanouk Vile, Koh Kong, Battambong, Siem Reap, Pusat, and Kampong Thom.
The meeting was conducted at Diakonia Centre, Phnom Penh. In general, the meeting has three objectives:
- To reflect how much CBOs’ practices align with the Guideline of Good Practice for CBOs to improve their CBOs and develop their community
- To understand the challenges that CBOs face and what are supports that CBOs need from CCC and other NGOs.
- To prepare them for National Consultation on “Policy Development and Legal Framework Related to Civil Society Organization” on 29 June 2018.
