- To promote the GPP code and VCS as a tool to strengthen good governance, transparency and accountability for civil society in Cambodia
- To update on the enabling environment and space for CSOs in Cambodia particularly in the aspect of policy development, and
- To award NGO GPP certificates to the newly certified NGOs

To Enhance understanding on tax compliance with non-for-profit entities. To learn and discuss the real practice of how to register TIN, VAT, tax on salary, withholding tax, and annual income tax. 5th CCC Members Bi-monthly Meeting 2015
This is the fifth Bi-Monthly CCC Member Meeting of the year and was conducted in 8 December 2015. It is also 240th Member Meeting since 1991. Based on CCC’s Bylaw, the meeting is designed to bring the common concerns on the development challenges and prioritized the issues to be addressed by relevant stakeholders. The representatives of member organizations are invited to participate in the meeting.
