This learning is designed for ICT practitioners who come from members and non-members organizations of CCC, and it aims to strengthen participant's to understand the overview and what are the benefits of Auto Responsive via Chatbot and Healthtogo.
From this ICT Learning Forum, CCC believes that it will help civil society organizations to be more visible online and also more responsive to development challenges.

ICT was aim to increase capacity of M&E staff and/or communications staff to collect data of their project by using new technology Resource Map and M-builder. Moreover, participant got experience from this forum how to protect data on cloud storage.
