នៅក្នុងវេទិកា ស្តីពីភាពជាដៃគូរវាងរាជរដ្ឋាភិបាល និងអង្គការសង្គមស៊ីវិលលើកទី៦ នៅថ្ងៃទី១១ ខែធ្នូ ឆ្នាំ២០០២៤ អង្គការគណៈកម្មាធិការសហប្រតិបត្តិការដើម្បីកម្ពុជា (គ.ស.ក.) បានលើកយក បញ្ហាប្រឈម ក្តីកង្វល់ សំណូមពរ និងអនុសាសន៍របស់អង្គការសង្គមស៊ីវិល សម្រាប់រាជរដ្ឋាភិបាលកម្ពុជា ក្រសួងមហាផ្ទៃ និងក្រសួងពាក់ព័ន្ធ ដើម្បីដោះស្រាយបញ្ហាប្រឈមសំខាន់ៗ និងរួមគ្នាបង្កើតដំណោះស្រាយ សម្រាប់ការអភិវឌ្ឍប្រកបដោយចីរភាពរបស់កម្ពុជា។
ក្តីកង្វល់ និងសំណូមពររបស់អង្គការសង្គមស៊ីវិលធំៗចំនួនប្រាំ ដែលត្រូវបានលើកឡើងតាមរយៈ គ.ស.ក. ក្នុងវេទិកានេះ ត្រូវបានប្រមូលពីអង្គការសង្គមស៊ីវិលថ្នាក់ជាតិ និងថ្នាក់ក្រោមជាតិតាមរយៈសិក្ខាសាលាពិគ្រោះយោបល់ ដោយផ្ទាល់ ព្រមទាំងការផ្តល់ធាតុចូលសំខាន់ៗពីសង្គមស៊ីវិលតាមអនឡាញ។
ជាលទ្ធផល ក្តីកង្វល់ និងសំណូមពររបស់អង្គការសង្គមស៊ីវិល ត្រូវបានទទួលយកដោយក្រសួងមហាផ្ទៃ ដើម្បីពិនិត្យ និងដោះស្រាយ។
