Today, on 11 December 2018, the Cooperation Committee for Cambodia (CCC) is hosting the National Dialogue Forum on "Civil Society Organizations and the understanding on their tax obligation" at Diakonia Center (KSSA/ICF)
The aims of this Dialogue are to raise more awareness and understanding on Prakas No. 464 issued on 12 April 2018 by the Ministry of Economy and Finance on the Instruction in Tax Compliance of Associations and Non-Governmental Organizations and others, the explanation on how to fill in the template “Annual Income Tax Return for the Year Ended”, and to solve and address some critical questions related to the application of the Taxation Law to CSOs.
Approximately 300 participants from Civil Society Organization and Association in Cambodia have been actively engaged with discussion, especially with resource person from General Department of Tax in Cambodia.
CCC believes that this Dialogue will help CSOs in Cambodia with legal compliance that enable them to work toward sustainable development in Cambodia.
