This forum is organized to achieve the following objectives: To discuss the very urgent need CSOs for assistance on the implication of the amendment of labour law on the matter of seniority payment. At the 6th Partnership Forum between the Government and Civil Society Organizations on 11 December 2004, the Cooperation Committee for Cambodia (CCC) have raised the challenges, concerns, suggestions, and recommendations of civil society organizations for the Royal Government of Cambodia, the Ministry of Interior (MoI) and relevant ministries to address key challenges and jointly develop solutions for the sustainable development of Cambodia.
