CCC MEMBERS 284TH BI-MONTHLY MEETING ON " BLENDED FINANCE MODALITY FOR CSOS RESILIENCY"
While the global development landscape is undergoing significant transformation in the recent year, development aid is becoming increasingly competitive. Alternative and sustainable financing models can complement conventional grant funding and enable CSOs to diversify their resource base for building organizational resiliency. Thus, Cooperation Committee for Cambodia (CCC) have organized 284th Bi-Monthly Meeting, under the theme “Blended Finance Modality for CSOs Resiliency” on 29 September 2026 with the total participants of 64 (27 females) from member organizations.
In the meeting, two organizations have shared their experience of the blended finance approaches. Good Return has shared about their Impact Investment Fund, the innovative financial solutions to increase MSME access to finance; and International Development Enterprises (iDE) Cambodia have presented market system development approach, spinning off social enterprises, and Cambodia Rural Sanitation Development Impact Bond, with key lessons learned for CSOs.
These blended finance modalities are the food of thought for member organizations resilient, alternative, and diversified funding.
