Annual General Meeting (AGM)

Cambodia is expected to graduate from the Least Developed Country (LDC) in 2029, marking a historic milestone in its national development journey។. However, this transition also brings new responsibilities and challenges for Cambodian civil society organizations that have long relied on external donor support; therefore, CSOs must continuously adjust their strategies to build their resilience.

“Strengthening CSOs' Resiliency amid Future Donors' Priority Landscape” is the theme of the CCC Members’ 36th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on 19 March 2026, with 145 participants.

The meeting provided a platform to share about the key points, such as the donor's funding Priorities, update on the nine multi-stakeholder platforms, CSOs roadmap and next plan, and key achievements of CCC in 2025.

From the meeting today, CCC will develop guidelines for the seven modalities of the CSO Roadmap. Sharing about donors' funding priorities and roadmap contributes to strengthening the resilience of civil society organizations by adapting their strategies to respond to the context of future donor priorities.
