សិក្ខាសាលាកម្រិតបច្ចេកទេសនេះត្រូវបានធ្វើឡើងដោយមានការសហការពីក្រុមហ៊ុន REACHS & Partners Co., Ltd. និង PCG & Partners Co., Ltd. និងសមាជិកនៃក្រុមការងារគ្រប់គ្រងហិរញ្ញវត្ថុ និងក្រុមការងារពន្ធដារនៃអង្គការសង្គមស៊ីវិល សរុប ៣៧ នាក់ ។ សិក្ខាសាលាកម្រិតបច្ចេកទេសនេះមានគោលដៅដើម្បីលើកកម្ពស់ ការយល់ដឹងពីគំរូស្តង់ដារបាយការណ៍ហិរញ្ញវត្ថុសម្រាប់អង្គភាពមិនស្វែងរកប្រាក់ចំណេញ ការធ្វើបច្ចុប្បន្នភាព និងដំណើរការផ្តល់ធាតុចូលនិងអនុសាសន៍នានាលើកាតព្វកិច្ចរបាយការណ៍ហិរញ្ញវត្ថុកម្រិត២ នេះជូនដល់ក្រុមប្រឹក្សាជាតិគណនេយ្យ ។
