Mentoring and Coaching

The mentoring and coaching was created to assist the applicant and other interested NGOs to improve their governance and professional practice to meet the GPP standard. The mentoring and coaching will be conducted through face to face, in-class and online which cover on governance documents development and organizational tool and system development. The in-class mentoring and coaching will be conducted one day and cover one specific topic on policy or governance document development (e.g. conflict of interest policy development) with theory and practice after the event participant has one drafted of policy and they can finalize it with their senior management team and if necessary CCC will provide more individual mentoring and coaching to finalize that document. CCC has the service package such as policy development, organizational tool and system development.
