The 3rd Regional Learning Forum on Policy Development and civil society which conducted on May 24, 2018 at Komport province. Special guest speakers who delivered such an warmly welcome speech with an added of each presentation could answer to all the question of 90 participants from five provinces such as Takeo, Sihanoukville, Khos Kong, Komport and Kep. The representatives were from General Tax Department, Provincial Labour Department, National Social Security Fund and Legal Aid. All the participants also addressed some issues regarding to tax, labour law and more to finalised and further explanation with this crucial topic.
