CCC was invited to give a speech on "Roles of CSOs in terms of Partnership in the Implementation of Decentralization and Deconcentration (D&D) Reform" to around 3,000 participants at National Conference on D&D Reform at Koh Pech Conference Hall on 22 Feb 2018.
Five key asks have been made during the presentation. Those are 1) encourage the transfer of functions of sub-national administrations to implement their general mandate 2) promote gender equality and inclusive partnership 3) implementation of Multi-stakeholders approach including CSOs, Government, private sector, and Development partners 4) promote ownership of D&D Reform at all levels 5) request to all stakeholders especially Development Partners to support D&D Reform. 5th CCC Members Bi-monthly Meeting 2015
This is the fifth Bi-Monthly CCC Member Meeting of the year and was conducted in 8 December 2015. It is also 240th Member Meeting since 1991. Based on CCC’s Bylaw, the meeting is designed to bring the common concerns on the development challenges and prioritized the issues to be addressed by relevant stakeholders. The representatives of member organizations are invited to participate in the meeting.
