Once we are together we can build trust and address a lot issues for our people, said by Mr Soeung Saroeun at CCC Regional Learning Forum on Policy Developntent and Civil Society. This forum was conducted on 9 May 2018 in Kratie province for 50 CSO representatives from Steung Treng, Ratanakiri, Mondulkiri and Kratie and key representatives from different provincial offices in Kratie. It was preceded over by HE Hoeu Siyem, Deputy Governor of Kratie with speakers from General Tax Department, Provincial Labor Department, National Social Security Fund, and CSO leaders. It was a great opportunity for participants to gain more knowledge and experience as well as to address some issues related to compliance with Tax Law, Labor Law, National Social Security Fund and Law on Association and NGO.
