To gather feedback from partners and to agree on joint plans to improve reporting quality and institutional governance

Key highlights of the meeting:

Mr. Aksel Steen Nilsen , Country Director – NPA had welcome and opening remark by expressing that this is very important event, even we are honor that everyone take the time to come today, in the sense that we see that our partners are doing a great deal of work. We need to be able to show development cases that work, in order to document them for evidence of development and changes we made for the society.

The key content for development of good case study are identified and included steps as follows: Set up the result(s) at outcome or impact level, Baseline, Actors involved, Actions of Actors.

Result Based Reporting, by Mr. Pen Raingsey, Development Program Coordinator— NPA

It is a continuous process of collecting and analyzing information to compare how well a project or program performing against expected objective. It involves the regular collection of information and demonstrates whether a project/program is achieving its stated goals. The case study is necessary reflecting to the claimed outcome/impacts.
