On June 25, 2025, the Provincial Partnership Dialogue (PPD) was successfully held in Kampong Thom province under the theme “Promoting Partnerships Between Sub-National Administrations and Civil Society Organizations” with 116 participants, including representatives from the provincial administration, civil society organizations (CSOs), associations, and communities.

This dialogue aimed to strengthen collaboration between sub-national authorities and CSOs by discussing ongoing challenges, revisiting previous issues and solutions, and identifying practical ways forward.

The platform created space for open dialogue, concern-sharing, and joint problem-solving — reinforcing CCC’s ongoing commitment to amplifying the voice and representation of CSO networks at the sub-national level.
