by Sin Putheary, Head of Communications and Membership Development
CSO representatives are at the meeting with H.E.Sam Rainsy at the National Assembly on 22nd June 2015. #stopandconsult #NGOLaw "It is not the right time to have LANGO... we have common concerns over #NGOLaw," said H.E.Sam Rainsy. CSO representatives express their concern over #NGO Law because the government failed to consult with relevant stakeholders, lack of neutrality, excessive control, and burden on informal group. CSO representatives proposed CNRP leader who is a minority in the national assembly not to have #NGOLaw at this time because it does not serve the purpose of CSOs.
