នៅថ្ងៃទី ២៨- ៣០ ខែ សីហា ឆ្នាំ២០១៨ គណៈកម្មាធិការសហប្រតិបត្តិការដើម្បីកម្ពុជា (គ.ស.ក) បានរៀបចំវគ្គ បណ្តុះបណ្តាលសាកល្បង ស្តីពីជំនាញសម្របសម្រួល និងការប្រតិបត្តិល្អរបស់អង្គការសហគមន៍មូលដ្ឋាន។ ក្នុងវគ្គបណ្តុះបណ្តាលនេះមានអ្នកចូលរួមចំនួន ២០ នាក់ មកពីអង្គការមិនមែនរដ្ឋាភិបាលក្នុងស្រុក និងអង្គការសហគមន៍មូលដ្ឋាន នៅខេត្តបាត់ដំបង សៀមរាប ពោធិ៍សាត់ កំពង់ធំ ។ វគ្គបណ្តុះបណ្តាលនេះត្រូវបានរៀបចំធ្វើឡើងនៅ ទីកន្លែងនៅ ដាយកូនៀ សិនធ័រ (ផ្ទះលេខ ១៩-២០ ផ្លូវលេខ៣៣០ សង្កាត់បឹងកេងកង៣ ខណ្ឌចំការមន រាជធានីភ្នំពេញ។ ជាទូទៅ វគ្គបណ្តុះបណ្តាលនេះមានគោលបំណងសំខាន់ៗ៖
១. ដើម្បីធ្វើការបង្រៀនសាកល្បង និងឆ្លុះបញ្ចាំង ថាតើសៀវភៅជំនាញសម្របសម្រួល និងកម្រងមេរៀនស្តីពីការប្រតិបត្តិល្អរបស់អង្គការសហគមន៍មូលដ្ឋាននេះ បានឆ្លើយតបទៅនឹងតម្រូវការកសាងសមត្ថភាពរបស់អង្គការសហគមន៍មូលដ្ឋាន ក៏ដូចជាអង្គការសង្គមស៊ីវិលដែលធ្វើការគាំទ្រដល់អង្គការសហគមន៍មូលដ្ឋានហើយឬនៅ។
២. ដើម្បីធ្វើការកែសម្រួលសៀវភៅជំនាញសម្របសម្រួល និងកម្រងមេរៀននេះ ឲ្យមានភាពងាយស្រួល និងឆ្លើយតបទៅនឹងតម្រូវការកសាងសមត្ថភាពរបស់អង្គការសហគមន៍មូលដ្ឋាន។
