ដើម្បីលើកកម្ពស់សិក្ខាកាមយល់ច្បាស់ពី កាតព្វកិច្ចនៃការអនុវត្តច្បាប់ធានារ៉ាប់រងផ្នែកហានិភ័យការងារ ផ្នៃកថៃទាំសុខភាព និងផ្នែកប្រាក់សោធនសម្រាប់អង្គការសង្គមសីុវិល
ដើម្បីបង្កើតបរិយាកាសវេទិការៀនសូត្រនិងចែករំលែកក៏ដូចជាកសាងបណ្ដាញអោយកាន់តែ មានភាពរឹងមាំក្នុងចំណោមអង្គការសង្គមសីុវិលនិងទំនាក់ទំនងជាមួយពាក់ពន្ធ័កាន់តែមានប្រសិទ្ធភាព
