េទិការៀនសូត្រស្តីពីការគ្រប់គ្រងធនធានមនុស្សលើកទី៥០ ក្រោមប្រធានបទ “ការដាក់អោយប្រើប្រាស់គោលការណ៍ណែនាំស្តីពីការគ្រប់គ្រងធនធានមនុស្ស និងសិក្ខាសាលាស្តីពីការរៀបចំគោលនយោបាយ” ត្រូវបានរៀបចំឡើងសម្រាប់ អ្នកជំនាញវិជ្ជាជីវៈផ្នែកគ្រប់គ្រងធនធានមនុស្សដែលអញ្ជើញមកពីសមាគម និងអង្គការមិនមែនរដ្ឋាភិបាល(អង្គការក្នុងស្រុក និងបរទេស) ក្នុងប្រទេសកម្ពុជាដែលក្នុងនេះផងដែរមានអ្នកចូលរួមចំនួន ៩៥ នាក់ (ស្ត្រី ៥៥នាក់)។
