ដើម្បីគាំទ្រ និងពង្រឹងសមត្ថភាពដល់អង្គការបណ្តាញថ្នាក់ខេត្ត អង្គការគណ:កម្មាធិការសហប្រត្តិបត្តិការដើម្បីកម្ពុជា (គ.ស.ក) បានរៀបចំសិក្ខាសាលាវិភាគគម្រោងតាមរយ:ឧបករណ៍មិនបង្កទំនាស់ (Do No Harm) ក្នុងថ្ងៃទី ២៨ ២៩ ខែកញ្ញា ឆ្នាំ ២០១៨ នៅ ភោជនីយដ្ឋាន ទន្លេបាសាក់២។ សិក្ខាសាលានេះនឹងគំាទ្របណ្តាញឲ្យមានការយល់ដឹងកាន់តែប្រសើរពីរបៀបដែលជំនួយ មានអន្តរអំពើទៅលើសកម្មភាពទំនាស់ (Conflict dynamics) និងយល់ដឹងទូលំទូលាយអំពីទស្សន:ទាននៃឧបករណ៍មិនបង្កទំនាស់ ព្រមទាំង ពង្រឹងសមត្ថភាពបណ្តាញក្នុងការប្រើប្រាស់ ឧបករណ៍គ្រប់គ្រង និងវិភាគគម្រោងដើម្បីជាជំនួយក្នុងការធ្វើផែនទីអ្នកពាក់ព័ន្ធ និងយុទ្ធសាស្រ្តគៀងគរធនធាន។
