នៅអគារ ដាយកូនៀរ សិនធឺរ ថ្ងៃទី ២៨ ខែមករា ឆ្នាំ ២០១៩ អង្គការគណៈកម្មាធិការសហប្រតិបត្តិការដើម្បីកម្ពុជា បានរៀបចំវេទិកាសន្ទនាដើម្បី បង្ហាញពីរបាយការណ៍អំពីបញ្ហាប្រឈមពីការអនុវត្តច្បាប់ស្តីពីគណនេយ្យ និងសវនកម្ម និងការអនុវត្តស្តង់ដាររបាយការណ៍ហិរញ្ញវត្ថុកម្ពុជា សម្រាប់អង្គភាពមិនស្វែងរកប្រាក់ចំណេញព្រមទាំងធ្វើបច្ចុប្បន្នភាពអំពីការវិវឌ្ឍន៍ថ្មីៗទាក់ទងនឹងការអនុវត្តច្បាប់ខាងលើ និងការស្វែងរកដំណោះស្រាយរួមដែលអាចធ្វើទៅបាន លើបញ្ហាប្រឈមដែលត្រូវបានរកឃើញ របស់ សមាគមនិងអង្គការមិនមែនរដ្ឋាភិបាល។ វេទិកានេះ ធ្វើឡើងក្រោមការចូលរួមរបស់ ថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំ មន្រ្តី នៃអង្គការមិនមែនរដ្ឋាភិបាល និង អង្គការបណ្តាញ ប្រមាណ ១៣០នាក់។
អង្គការគណៈកម្មាធិការសហប្រតិបត្តិការដើម្បីកម្ពុជា ជឿជាក់ថាវេទិកានេះ នឹងជួយសម្រួល ដល់ការយល់ដឹងបន្ថែម ព្រមទាំងស្វែងរកដំណោះស្រាយលើបញ្ហាប្រឈមដែលត្រូវបានរកឃើញ ស្តីអំពីការអនុវត្តច្បាប់ស្តីពីគណនេយ្យ និងសវនកម្ម និងការអនុវត្តស្តង់ដាររបាយការណ៍ហិរញ្ញវត្ថុកម្ពុជា សម្រាប់អង្គភាពមិនស្វែងរកប្រាក់ចំណេញ។
គោលបំណង
- បង្ហាញអំពីការរកឃើញនូវបញ្ហាប្រឈមមួយចំនួន ឆ្លងតាមរយៈវេទិកាសិក្សារៀនសូត្រថ្នាក់តំបន់ និងសិក្ខាសាលាថ្នាក់ជាតិដែលធ្វើក្នុងឆ្នាំ២០១៨កន្លងមកពាក់ព័ន្ធនឹងការអនុវត្ត និងយល់ដឹងអំពីច្បាប់ស្តីពីគណនេយ្យ និងសវនកម្ម និងការដាក់ឲ្យអនុវត្តស្ដង់ដារបាយការណ៍ហិរញ្ញវត្ថុកម្ពុជា។
- ធ្វើបច្ចុប្បន្នភាពអំពីការវិវឌ្ឍន៍ថ្មីៗទាក់ទងនឹងការវិវឌ្ឍន៍ចំពោះការអនុវត្តច្បាប់ស្តីពីគណនេយ្យ និងសវនកម្ម និងការដាក់ឲ្យអនុវត្តស្ដង់ដារបាយការណ៍ហិរញ្ញវត្ថុកម្ពុជាសម្រាប់អង្គភាពមិនស្វែងរកប្រាក់ចំនេញ។
- ស្វែងរកដំណោះស្រាយដែលអាចធ្វើទៅបាន លើបញ្ហាប្រឈមនានារបស់អង្គការភាពមិនស្វែងរកប្រាក់ចំណេញ (សមាគម និងអង្គការមិនមែនរដ្ឋាភិបាល) លើការអនុវត្តច្បាប់ស្តីពីគណនេយ្យ និងសវនកម្ម និងការដាក់ឲ្យអនុវត្តស្ដង់ដារបាយការណ៍ហិរញ្ញវត្ថុកម្ពុជា និងការធ្វើសវនកម្មលើរបាយការណ៍ហិរញ្ញវត្ថុដោយក្រុមហ៊ុនសវនកម្ម (អូឌីត)។
