The first HR Learning Forum was conducted successfully with active participation by all participants and professionally supported by honored guest speakers and fruitfully produced great outputs as expectation. Within this forum three important subjects, tax on salary, tax on fringe benefits and withholding tax, were presented to the participants.
Objectives of the forum
- To enhance understanding on taxation and how to calculate tax on staff salary, withholding tax calculation and the obligation of tax payer.
- To discuss among participants to expand their learning insight of the key practical elements of taxation.
- To build up more network and relationship among HR practitioners and professionals for ongoing learning on HRM matters and related issues.
