Second Training on Governance Professionalism and Accountability (GPA) 2015

The GPA training course was conducted successfully on 27 until 31 July 2015 with active participation by all participants and professionally supported by honored guest speakers and fruitfully produced great outputs as expectation.
Within this training the important topics Istanbul Principles, Governance and Professional Practice, NGO Leadership and management, Monitoring and Evaluation, Strategic planning, Human resource management, Financial Sustainability, Financial management and Key Approach for Community Ownership and Empowerment, were presented to the participants.

The Siem Reap Regional Law Talk for Civil Society Organizations. There are at least five CSOs-Related Laws are being discussed including (1) Law on Association and Non-governmental Organization, (2) Law on Taxation Law (3) Labour Law (4) Social Security Fund Law and (5) the Trust Law. The Law Talk is organized by Cooperation Committee for Cambodia (CCC).
The Taxation Law of Cambodian is the duty of imposing charges on citizens and corporate entities that must be implemented. It's the huge risk factor for CSO if they don't apply to Taxation Law. Responding to the recently updated, CCC is going to organize the special meeting on 27 September 2017 on Taxation implication to CSO.

Consultative workshop on "Cambodian Standard of Financial Report for Non-Profit Entities (Tire 2)" was successfully conducted this morning at 26 August 2019 at Diakonia Center. As a member state of the United Nations, all development actors in Cambodia need to prepare themselves to work inclusively to support the short coming SDGs. Currently, CCC is implementing an action/2015 and Beyond 2015 campaign project funded by Civicus and Africa Disability Alliance (ADA) to promote stakeholders awareness and inclusive participation in the post-2015 development agenda.
