On July 3, 2025, the Committee for Cooperation for Cambodia (CCC) and Open Development Cambodia Organization (ODC) jointly organized a national Workshop on Digital Government Policy 2022-2035 under the topic of “Building Civil Society Organizations Readiness”, chaired by HE Chea Sereyvath, Secretary General of the Secretariat of the Committee for Digital Government, with approximately 108 participants representing civil society organizations at the national and sub-national levels.
The workshop on Cambodia’s Digital Government Policy 2022-2035 with financial support from the European Union and Oxfam Cambodia, aimed to raise awareness of digital policies, discuss the challenges of the digital environment, and seek recommendations for strengthening civil society organizations’ participation.
HE Thong Sopi Makara, Deputy Secretary General, presented an overview of Cambodia’s Digital Policy 2022-2035, focusing on the objectives and priority actions, ongoing policy measures, and ways in which civil society organizations can contribute to its implementation.
CCC is committed to continuing the engagement in the development of digital policies to ensure that the implementation is effective and inclusive.
