The Cooperation Committee for Cambodia (CCC) is the leading and longest-established membership organization for domestic and foreign NGOs in Cambodia. Since 1990, CCC has been working to strengthen the cooperation, accountability and development effectiveness of civil society organizations in Cambodia, and to promote inclusive partnership between government, civil society organizations, development partners, and private sector for sustainable development in Cambodia. CCC is now seeking the qualified internal and external candidates for the position as below:
- Communication and Capacity Development Manager (One Post)
The Communications and Capacity Development Manager will work under direct supervision of Head of Communications and Member Development to ensure that CCC has capacity to provide the quality of CCC’s public visibility. Communications and Capacity Development will also in charge and handle team members for day-to-day implementation of the components’ activities and specifically ensure the desired achievements of the capacity development component under the Governance Hub Program of CCC. Therefore, the core tasks of the position include provide the quality services such as video production & training, designing and artwork development of IEC materials and managing e-communication including social media and others, and the formulation, update and delivery of effective capacity development packages for CCC members and non-members and other CSOs. Furthermore, the Communications and Capacity Development Manager will also work in collaboration with other stakeholders to promote multi-stakeholder partnership and sustainability of the NGOs in Cambodia through various means such as multi-stakeholder engagement, collaboration and series of capacity development including trainings, forums, workshops, mentoring and coaching, consultations and network building.
