CCC Executive Committee Nominations Term 2026-2027

Dear Respected CCC Members, 

Greetings from CCC! 

My name is Ou Saorn, and I serve as the Head of Operations at CCC. I am reaching out to invite you to express your interest in applying for the CCC Executive Committee (EXCOM) for the 2026-2027 term. 

On behalf of the current Executive Committee, I am pleased to announce that we are seeking nominations for the upcoming two-year term. According to our bylaws, our organization is governed by seven elected EXCOM members. Each year, we elect new candidates to replace outgoing members, and this year, two at-large positions are open for recruitment. 

In alignment with the goals of the CCC Governance Hub Program 2024-2026, we are looking for candidates with strong skills in coordination, networking, and advocacy within the legal framework, as well as experience in multi-stakeholder engagement (including the private sector), public relations, and fundraising. We also prioritize fair representation in terms of geographic location (both Phnom Penh and provincial bases), diversity among domestic and international NGOs, and gender equity. Currently, the EXCOM includes members from both domestic and foreign NGOs, comprising three women with expertise in leadership, program management, human resource management, financial management, and monitoring and evaluation. 

The nomination period will be open from 19 January to 13 February 2026. Attached to this email, you will find three important documents: 1) Announcement for EXCOM recruitment, 2) The Terms of Reference for EXCOM (extracted from the bylaws), and 3) the CCC EXCOM nomination form. Your participation in this role is crucial for navigating CCC and advancing the development of civil society organizations in Cambodia.
