Ms. Geetha Yoga

( Chair )

Geetha currently works as  Chief Operating Officer at Hagar International. She has an extensive management experience and a background through HR, Governance and IT Management, Operations and Finance. Following a career, she successfully established HR functions, policies and procedures, implementation of policy frameworks and procedures, and provided strategic advice to CEO and executive management team and so on. She used to work for both NGO and private sectors.

Mr. Michael Roberts

( Vice-Chair )

Michael Roberts is currently working as Country Director of iDE. He has 26 years of professional experience in water resource engineering and management of international development programs, including 15 years in Cambodia. His work has emphasized the integration of technical, social, and market considerations. He has designed and developed award-winning, market-based programs in agriculture, rural livelihoods, water supply, and sanitation including the establishment of two social enterprises. Michael has also overseen development projects in Zambia, India, Vietnam, Myanmar, and China and has been a core contributor to iDE’s market-oriented methodology and strategic planning process.

Mrs. Chhay Navy

( Vice-Chair )

Ms. Chhay Navy is a Director of Genesis Community of Transformation (GCT). She has strong areas on Human Resources Management, Organizational Development, Program Development, Resource Mobilization/Fund Raising, Policy Analysis and Research, Social Accountability, Specifically Strategic Planning, Project Design, Proposal Development and M&E and Results based reporting.

Mr. Peter Bo Larsen

( Treasurer )

Mr. Peter Bo Larsen, Country Director of DCA, experienced in Finance/Accounting, Human Resources, Organizational Development, Program Development, Resource Mobilization/Fund Raising and Government/Public Relations.

He has 21 years of experience as a leader and manager, 15 of which are in senior management, having been involved in all strategic decisions concerning organizational corporate goals and business plans.

As a director and senior manager in one of the biggest Danish INGO, DanChurchAid (DCA), he has for 11 years been actively participating in the development of international strategies and policies, covering a broad spectrum of humanitarian and development programmatic areas.

Mr. Mam Sambath has worked for CIDSE/DPA for more than 15 years and currently he is an executive director for DPA. He chairs the national-level Extractive Industry Social and Environmental network. He holds a BS in Veterinary Science from Mongolia and an MA in Public Administration and Policy in Phnom Penh. 

Mr. Sambath has extensive experience in community development and organizing, people-led development process, leadership and management, governance, natural resource management, advocacy and lobbying. He has participated in many international conferences including the International Conference on Contract Transparency, International Conference in Anti-Corruption in Bangkok, and International     Conference on EITI in Sydney.

Mr. Vorn Samphors

Mr. Vorn Samphors, is a Country Director of Aide et Action, Cambodia. His areas of expertise including Finance/Accounting, Human Resources, Organizational Development, Program Development, Resource Mobilization/Fund Raising and Government/Public Relations.

He was awarded with Golden Medal Award for contribution work to the disability and rehabilitation sector in Cambodia, signed by by Royal Government of Cambodia in 2009, and Sereiwat Honored Award for contribute to development work by Royal Government of Cambodia in 2012.
