The second M&E learning forum was conducted successfully with actively participated by all participants with professionally supported by honor guest speakers and fruitfully produced great outputs as expected. Within this forum an important topic, how to design and manage M&E system for one project, was presented to the participants.

37% of participant understood clearly about result based management/framework, log frame while 20% of them fast grasped on the Steps to an M&E system follows by the 12% that emphasized about Indicator hierarchy (Activities, Inputs, Outputs and Outcomes).

Objectives of the forum were:

  • To enhance understanding on how to design and manage M&E system for one project.
  • To discuss among participants to expand their learning insight of the theory of change, result framework, monitoring sheet and report template.
  • To build up more network and relationship among M&E practitioners and professionals for ongoing learning on M&E matters and related issues.
