កាលពីថ្ងៃទី០១ ខែវិច្ឆិកា ឆ្នាំ២០១៧ គណៈកម្មាធិការសហប្រតិបត្តិការដើម្បីកម្ពុជា (គ.ស.ក) បានរៀបចំសិក្ខាសាលាបណ្ដាញថ្នាក់តំបន់សម្រាប់អង្គការសហគមន៍មូលដ្ឋាន។
សិក្ខាសាលាបណ្ដាញថ្នាក់តំបន់សម្រាប់អង្គការសហគមន៍មូលដ្ឋាននេះ មានការចូលរួមពីសំណាក់អ្នកពាក់ព័ន្ធចំនួន ៥០ នាក់ មកពីស្ថាប័ន និងវិស័យផ្សេងៗ ដែលធ្វើការគាំទ្រអង្គការសហគមន៍មូលដ្ឋាន។ អ្នកចូលរួមទាំងនេះអញ្ជើញមកពី អង្គការមិនមែនរដ្ឋាភិបាលថ្នាក់ខេត្ត អង្គការសមាជិកភាពរបស់អង្គការ (គ.ស.ក) អង្គការសហគមន៍មូលដ្ឋាន និងតំណាងអាជ្ញាធរ ដែលអញ្ជើញមកពីខេត្តក្រចេះ ខេត្តស្ទឹងត្រែង ខេត្តមណ្ឌលគីរី និងខេត្តរតនៈគីរី។
កិច្ចប្រជុំនេះត្រូវបានរៀបចំធ្វើឡើងនៅសណ្ឋាគារហ៊រ ប៊ុន្នី ក្នងទីរួមខេត្តក្រចះ។ ជាទូទៅ កិច្ចប្រជុំនេះមានគោលបំណងបី សំខាន់ៗ៖
១) ដើម្បីផ្សព្វផ្សាយសៀវភៅគោលការណ៍ណែនាំស្ដីពីការប្រតិបត្តិល្អរបស់អង្គការសហគមន៍មូលដ្ឋាន
២) ដើម្បីសិក្សាពីអង្គការមិនមែនរដ្ឋាភិបាលថ្នាក់ខេត្ត ថាតើពួកគាត់ធ្វើការគាំទ្រដល់អង្គការសហគមន៍មូលដ្ឋានអ្វីខ្លះ និងកសាងទំនាក់ទំនងល្អជាមួយអង្គការមិនមែនរដ្ឋាភិបាលថ្នាក់ខេត្តទាំងនោះ
៣) ដើម្បីពិភាក្សាស្វែងរកយន្តការភាពជាដៃគូប្រកបដោយបរិយាបន្នក្នុងការគាំទ្រអង្គការសហគមន៍មូលដ្ឋានសម្រាប់ការប្រតិបត្តិល្អ និងនិរន្តរភាព
