អង្គការគណៈកម្មាធិការសហប្រតិបត្តិការដើម្បីកម្ពុជា មានសេចក្តីសោមន្សរីករាយក្នុងការរៀបចំវេទិការៀនសូត្រស្តីពី ច្បាប់ពន្ធដា៖ "ប្រព័ន្ធគ្រប់គ្រងការដាក់លិខិតប្រកាសពន្ធតាមអនឡាញ (E-Filing System)" នៅថ្ងៃទី ១៦ ខែកុម្ភៈ ឆ្នាំ២០២១ មជ្ឈមណ្ឌលដាយកូនៀ និង នៅតាមបណ្តាញអនឡាញ (Google Meet)។

សិក្ខាសាលានេះផ្តោតសំខាន់លើការលើកកម្ពស់ការយលដឹងពីប្រព័ន្ធគ្រប់គ្រងការដាក់លិខិតប្រកាសពន្ធតាមអនឡាញ (E-Filing System) និងផ្តល់ជាវេទិកាសម្រាប់ សមាគម អង្គការមិនមែនរដ្ឋាភិបាល និងអគ្គនាយកដ្ឋានពន្ធដា ក្នុងលើកឡើង ពីចម្ងល់ បញ្ហាដែលបានជួនប្រទះនានា ដើម្បីដោះស្រាយបញ្ហារួមគ្នាក្នុងភាពជាដៃគូ។

សិក្ខាសាលានេះ ត្រូវបានប្រារព្ធឡើងក្រោមការចូលរួមពីសំណាក់ តំណាងដ៏ខ្ពង់ខ្ពស់ពីអគ្គនាយកដ្ឋានពន្ធដារ និងអង្គការសង្គមស៊ីវិល សរុបចំនួន ៨៥នាក់ (ដោយផ្ទាល់) និង ១១២នាក់ (តាមប្រព័ន្ធ Google Meet)។ យើងជឿជាក់ថា សិក្ខាសាលានេះនឹងជួយដល់អង្គការសង្គមស៊ីវិលក្នុងការយល់ដឹងច្រើនជាងមុនពីច្បាប់ស្តីពីពន្ធដា៕
