LANGO : INGOs issued letter withdraw the draft LANGO

With a small chance to consult over the concerns of current draft LANGO(#stopandconsult), more than 30 International Network Organizations jointly issued the letter to Samdech Heng Samrin, President of the National Assembly to withdraw draft of LANGO.
