កាលពីថ្ងៃទី២៨ ខែកញ្ញា ឆ្នាំ២០១៧ គណៈកម្មាធិការសហប្រតិបត្តិការដើម្បីកម្ពុជា (គ.ស.ក) បានរៀបចំកិច្ចប្រជុំនៃភាពជាដៃគូ ដើម្បីលើកកម្ពស់ និងបណ្ដុះវប្បធម៌នៃការប្រតិបត្តិល្អ និងនិរន្តរភាពរបស់អង្គការសហគមន៍មូលដ្ឋាន។
កិច្ចប្រជុំភាពជាដៃគូនេះមានការចូលរួមពីសំណាក់អ្នកពាក់ព័ន្ធ ប្រហែល ៣០ នាក់ មកពីស្ថាប័ន និងវិស័យផ្សេងៗ ដែលធ្វើការគាំទ្រអង្គការសហគមន៍មូលដ្ឋាន។ អ្នកចូលរួមទាំងនេះអញ្ជើញមកពី ដៃគូអភិវឌ្ឍ អង្គការមិនមែនរដ្ឋាភិបាលអន្តរជាតិ អង្គការមិនមែនរដ្ឋាភិបាលក្នុងស្រុក អង្គការដែលជាសមាជិក និងមិនមែនជាសមាជិករបស់អង្គការគ.ស.ក អង្គការដែលទទួលបានវិញ្ញាបនបត្រ អង្គការដែលដាក់ពាក្យ អង្គការសហគមន៍មូលដ្ឋាន និងក្រុមការងារបច្ចេកទេស។
កិច្ចប្រជុំនេះត្រូវបានរៀបចំធ្វើឡើងនៅសណ្ឋាគារសាន់វ៉េ រាជធានីភ្នំពេញ។ ជាទូទៅ កិច្ចប្រជុំនេះមានគោលបំណងបី សំខាន់ៗ៖
១) ដើម្បីផ្សព្វផ្សាយសៀវភៅគោលការណ៍ណែនាំស្ដីពីការប្រតិបត្តិល្អរបស់អង្គការសហគមន៍មូលដ្ឋាន
២) ដើម្បីពិភាក្សារកយន្តការនៃភាពជាដៃគូប្រកបដោយបរិយាបន្នក្នុងការគាំទ្រអង្គការសហគមន៍មូលដ្ឋានសម្រាប់ការប្រតិបត្តិល្អ និងនិរន្តរភាព
៣) ដើម្បីសំដែងការដឹងគុណជូនដល់ក្រុមការងារបច្ចេកទេសដែលបានចូលរួមក្នុងការរៀបចំ ចងក្រងគោលការណ៍ណែនាំនេះ។
