Overview
The Alliance for Conflict Transformation (ACT) The Alliance for Conflict Transformation (ACT) is a local non-profit, non-political, and non-faith-based organization located in Phnom Penh. ACT is composed of like-minded individuals committed to working together to provide skills and knowledge in conflict resolution and transformation, and peacebuilding. ACT mainly focuses on building and strengthening capacities for peace based on analysis of current issues. These skills include identifying the most strategic actions to transform conflicts, in order to maximize the impact for sustainable peace and development. ACT was registered as an organization in 2002 after carrying out a number of peacebuilding training programs.
