Overview
Madam Loan, has been housing over 100 dogs in her house. She also visits pagodas and villages to give foods and vaccination to more than 200 stray cats and 200 dogs in daily basis.
Background
CAPA is an official NGO in Cambodia, approved and endorsed by the Ministry of Interior in January 2012.
Mission
- To promote animals right and protect the animals in Cambodia - To feed and nourish street cats and dogs in Phnom Penh and surrounding areas, - To give medical attention (vaccination), spay and neuter them, - To encourage adoption of stray or abandoned dogs and cats by loving families, - To raise awareness to public on how to treat animals, and how to help CAPA.
