COFA has the strong vision and mission to help them as a golden bridge to help them to get high school education exam as at least, by supporting a very small amount of scholarship fee for three years study at high school level such as our experience for high school student who were selected since year 2005 to present time.

Goal
It aims at promoting friendship between the people of Cambodia and Japan in particular with Okinawa Prefecture through international cooperation in the fields of Medicine, Education, Culture, and others.
