Background
CFSO is a non-government organization in Cambodia, Non private benefit, Neutrality, Nondiscrimination of races, Nonpolitical tendency, don’t make a political party, don’t be a tool for any political party including material/logistic ways, financial and human resources for supporting any political party or any candidate or any supporter, but it is an organization that is to work for public benefits, poorest farmer’s benefits and social benefits.

Mission
CFSO will lead Agriculture Cooperatives (ACs) to approach the value chains in order to response the market demands, collection of inside and outside resources or contributions, and promote advocacy and build networking groups with local authorities, government staffs, Civil Social Organization, Private Sector agencies and others ACs toward Transformational Community Development Tasks in order to ensure sustainable incomes with transparency, accountabilities and integrity, and including the community’s ownership.
Vision
CFSO needs to see the sustainability and Ownership of Agriculture Cooperatives (ACs) which will be able to get financial and Income Security to ensure the quality of life and also all members of ACs that covered on 25 provinces of Kingdom of Cambodia.
Goal
CFSO will define key strategies in the participation for conduction Agriculture Cooperatives formation and registration with Provincial Department of Agriculture (PDoA) through local farmer’s initiative ideas and other Agricultural Cooperatives (ACs). CFSO will identify on participatory Appraisal for Community Economic Development (PACED), local potential products, connection to local suppliers and buyers, how to upgrade all the actors in the value chains and how to solve the fence or barrier of markets,
