Background
Lom Orng is one of Cambodia's leading native NGOs, in late 2011 undergoing a name-change from the Cambodian War Amputees Rehabilitation Society (CWARS). We specialise in vocational training (15,000+ graduates), cassava (15,000 farmers now out of poverty), livelihood (our After the Flood co-project now has 60,000 beneficiaries) - and plan to pipe town-quality water to rural villages, to stem Cambodia's fatal water-borne diseases.
