Mission

Our mission is to improve and transform the lives of some of the most impoverished children, either orphaned or living on the streets and slums of Cambodia or children from rural areas who live below the poverty line. 1. CCSF believe that basic needs such as shelter, safety and healthcare, should be a right, not a luxury and readily available for all children living in Cambodia. All children who live on the project have complete access to these needs. 2. Education is one of the most important factors in the developing world to break the cycle of poverty. CCSF ensures that the students at the shelter do not fall through the holes in the system. There are 24,000 Cambodian children currently living on the streets. Our mission is to educate Cambodia’s next generation in order to implement change. As of 2012 there are 10 students enrolled at University and our aim is for this number to grow each year. 3. CCSF work actively to protect vulnerable children from trafficking, abuse and neglect.
