Mission

The mission will be working together with governmental institutions, local authorities; national and international organizations to take a part with Art and Custom involved in main area to Improve the Community Development, Promote and Strengthen the Citizen’s Understanding on Democracy and Human Rights and their Participation in the process to achieve Social Accountability realized the followings: -Raising the understanding on democracy, human rights, civic education, freedom, liberty, citizen’ obligations and rule of law. The target group is the people in general with specific emphasis the following focused on group of vulnerable women, youth, workers, farmers, minorities, teachers, health workers, local authorities, military and police. -Increasing the understanding on national literacy, general knowledge, health care, agriculture, environment and professional expertise with members of communities, mix group, the minorities, vulnerable and fragile people. -Working against kinds of violence, to respect, protect human rights, freedom, and rights to life;

Vision

We envision for a democratic Cambodia perpetuating human rights and rule of law, peaceful assembly, justice to all and equality at every levels of society, national and international solidarity towards reducing poverty.

Goal

Promote, consolidate and strengthen towards expanding the citizen understands to human rights, freedom, liberty, obligations and their participation in development country policy, social accountability, and quality of life.
