The Cooperation Committee for Cambodia (CCC) is the leading and longest-established membership organization for domestic and foreign NGOs in Cambodia. Since 1990, CCC has been working to strengthen the cooperation, accountability and development effectiveness of civil society organizations in Cambodia, and to promote inclusive partnership between government, civil society organizations, development partners, and private sector for sustainable development in Cambodia. CCC is now seeking the qualified internal and external candidates for the position as below:
1- Communication and Resource Mobilization Assistant (One Post)
CRM Assistant will work closely with the Communication and Resource Mobilization (CRM) Team, and under direct supervision of Resource Mobilization Specialist to provide support services to CRM team. S/he will ensure good logistic arrangements of activities and events of the CRM team as such meetings or capacity building or training courses or workshops and webinars. S/he will also provide supports to other components within CCC in dealing with day to day services, and tracking of media report.
2- Head of Operations (One Post)
The Head of Operations is responsible for contributing to achieve program objectives, organizational goals and mission. S/he will be overseeing the Operations team and will be responsible for the delivery of a range of organizational development including operational services (finance, administration and procurement management, and human resources management) and ensuring the compliance of internal CCC policies, donors’ requirements and Cambodian legal frameworks.
S/he will work with senior management team to respond emerging issues/trends, lead strategic planning for CCC operations, to set up management targets, and monitor operation's services. S/he is responsible for preparing accurate and timely financial and organizational development reports for the Executive Director, Executive Committee, the CCC membership and donors. S/he may also serve as the Officer-In-Charge delegated by the Executive Director.
