Since 1999, the Cooperation Committee for Cambodia (CCC) has implemented innovative and well-received Analyzing Development Issues (ADI) training courses. NGO Good Practice Project

NGO GPP, as a project within the Cooperation Committee for Cambodia (CCC), is a collective response by NGOs and working in partnership with NGO community, donors/funding agencies, and other stakeholders to professionalise and strengthen the NGO sector in Cambodia by encouraging and promoting NGO accountability and good organisational practice.

As the computer and internet industry gains influence and an increased market in Cambodia, many types of Khmer fonts have been developed but most of them were not developed by using Unicode nor meet the guidelines of the Unicode Standards. However, all of these fonts have been widely utilized with word processing, such as Word in Microsoft Office.

Aid Effectiveness

While the issue of aid effectiveness has been discussed extensively between the Royal Government of Cambodia and donor community, few NGOs have been engaged in these national discussions. Many NGOs based in the province are not aware that these discussions are taking place.

NGO Law and Association

In 2008, the Royal Government of Cambodia announced the intention to focus on the introduction of several laws in this mandate, one of these being the NGO/Associations Law. The government has still not made a draft law available nor had any discussion with civil society on the issues. It is known that the entire NGO community will be affected by the legislation
