CCC is a unique clearinghouse for correspondence and contact with local groups, and provides over 400 NGO mailboxes at the CCC office. The mailboxes are provided to facilitate communication among the development community in Cambodia. _________________________________________________________________
Organizations with a CCC Mailbox, receive the following benefits:
- Receive up-to-date information from the NGO community
- Easy access for other organizations to contact you
- Local NGOs receive a free copy of the CCC Agency Contact Listing
- Opportunity to distribute reports and newsletters to NGOs throughout Cambodia
All CCC members receive a mailbox as part of their membership. Other organizations wanting to open a mailbox must submit a mail box request form and fulfill CCC's conditions:
- Copy of official registration with RGC, COM, or MOI
- I agreed to provide information as requested by CCC, such as information of "Agency Personnel Listing, NGOs directory, Agency Telephone List, NGOs Map"... etc.
- I understand that the purpose of using the mail box is to facilitate communication among and between the development community in Cambodia and agree to use the mailboxes for purpose only.
- I understand that CCC has the right to close the mail box if the mail/information is not collected within two months.
- Annual service fee of 20,000 R (January - December 2004).
- All CNGOs that use the mailbox will also receive a free copy of the CCC publication "Basic Agency Contact Listing"
Please note that the CCC NGO Mailboxes are for the use of CCC Members and Local and International NGOS to assist in information exchange.
All visitors who would like to put advertising materials into each mailbox must first report to reception.
Please note that advertising materials for products and services not directly related to these groups should not be entered into individual mailboxes. Please use the trays on top of the mailboxes for such materials and brochures.
Materials that meet this criteria include advertising materials for:
· Hotels
· Schools/Universities
· Restaurants/Bars
· Arts/Cultural Performances
· Real Estate
· Computer and Stationary Stores
· Taxi Services
· Others as determined
CCC provides this service to improve communications among the NGO community in Cambodia and holds the right to exclude any materials from the mailboxes that it deems inappropriate.
